These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and bd118 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at bd118.vip. Any remaining balance in a verified account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard processing times and KYC compliance. bd118 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Confirmed or reasonably suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
• Identification of a duplicate account registered to the same person.
• Account inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bd118 will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy restrictions. No fees are charged on dormant accounts during the first 12 months of inactivity.
• At the player's own written request, including a voluntary self-exclusion request submitted via [email protected].

In the event of account closure due to a verified breach of these Terms, bd118 reserves the right to retain any remaining balance as a penalty offset against losses sustained as a result of the breach. Where closure is due to account inactivity or at the player's voluntary request, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method subject to successful KYC completion.

bd118 is not liable for any loss of profits, opportunities, or other consequential damages arising from the suspension or closure of an account, whether initiated by bd118 or by the player. Following account closure, the player's personal data will be retained in accordance with bd118's Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with principles of fair online gaming practice. Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with bd118's support team should be submitted in writing to [email protected], where they will be reviewed by the bd118 compliance team within 10 business days. bd118 is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly, transparently, and in accordance with the standards set out in these Terms.
